Selling…
These are the top five questions I get asked related to selling someone’s home, so I usually start here when we meet. It’s your home and I’ll never presume to tell you what you should do but if I’ve been asked into a home for my advice, I don’t take that for granted, I’m grateful for the opportunity. It’s really a question of what you want, and can I deliver or offer an alternative viewpoint that can keep the selling project moving forward. If not, I’ll tell you upfront so we can move on. I run a service-based business, not a transaction-based business. I’m not trying to be Langley’s Top Realtor. I’m simply looking for likeminded clients who enjoy a personable and relaxed approach to working together. I try and help a couple of dozen families move a year. I don’t have a big staff and a big roster of clients, so you can always count on me to know what’s happening with your listing, how its performing on the market, and what the feedback has been. If improvements can be made to increase profits, I’ll bring this up with you. I believe in frequent communication and status reports, professionally produced marketing materials, professional photography and virtual tour service, and the full spectrum of online exposure. My objective is the same as yours, to get the highest possible price for your home. |
